Skyslips LLC, doing business as Consolera.com (“Consolera,” “we”), provides website build and care services. This policy covers consolera.com, the customer portal, the admin tools, and related email.

We collect business contact details, account credentials, site information, tickets, uploaded images, order records, and billing correspondence to review enquiries and deliver the agreed work. Passwords are stored as hashes. We do not collect payment card numbers in this application. Stripe processes card payments on its hosted checkout. We store amounts and Stripe reference IDs only.

Customer types include, without limitation, professional practices, clinics, contractors, advisors, agencies, schools, and other owner-run businesses. We treat the information as business account data for the service. We do not sell personal information.

Essential session cookies keep accounts signed in and protect forms. No advertising cookies are included. Server logs may record IP addresses. Access is limited to Skyslips LLC and the hosting, email, and payment services needed to operate the site.

If configured, a third-party AI provider may process limited ticket or report context to help prepare drafts. Do not submit passwords, private keys, health records, payment data, or other sensitive personal information in tickets. The public FAQ assistant answers only from the locked FAQ.

Contact us through the contact form to request access, correction, or deletion. Backups of the studio application are retained for 14 days. Uploaded business content is used only for the agreed work.
