Cancellation and refunds

These rules are between you and Skyslips LLC dba Consolera.com. Cancel care at any time from your account. Unused monthly request credits expire and are not refunded. Credits do not roll over. Annual care refunds cover unused full months less a $49 administration fee, with a minimum refund of zero and no refund greater than the amount received.

The owner reviews the recorded annual payment, remaining full months, and refund calculation. Cancellation does not automatically transfer money. Build deposits, milestones, and cancellation terms are stated in the separate project quote. Build work includes 14 days of launch fixes for the agreed scope only.

No refund is owed because a site did not produce a stated number of leads, bookings, patients, clients, listings, or revenue. Those outcomes depend on your offer, market, and operations.
